Products & quality
Product range, grading and handling
What products does Al Fakher handle? +
Our product range includes natural frankincense, myrrh, sweet myrrh (opoponax), gum Arabic, dried lemons and selected livestock categories. Availability depends on season, origin, grade and order volume; the specific offer confirms what is available.
What is the difference between Mashat, Mashat fragments, Majrul and Fas? +
These trade names generally refer to different sizes, forms or grades of frankincense, and usage can vary by market. To avoid ambiguity, we confirm the requested grade using a clear description and, where appropriate, photos or a sample, including size, colour, cleanliness and foreign-matter expectations.
Can I confirm origin and specifications before ordering? +
Yes. Ask us to confirm the available product description, origin information, grade, net weight, packing and any documentation available for the specific lot. Certificates or inspection reports are referenced only when confirmed for that product or shipment.
How should natural gums and resins be stored? +
Store products in a clean, dry, well-ventilated place away from moisture, direct sunlight and strong odours. The right packaging depends on the product, storage duration and transport conditions.
Can I request a sample before placing an order? +
Samples or detailed photos may be available depending on the product and current stock. Tell us your destination and target quantity. Sample and courier charges, if any, will be confirmed before dispatch.

Orders, pricing & payment
How to request a quotation
How do I request a quotation? +
Include the product name and grade, estimated quantity, destination country and city, preferred packaging, and any inspection or document requirements. These details help us assess availability and prepare a relevant offer.
Is there a minimum order quantity? +
Minimum quantities vary by product, grade, packaging and destination. Tell us the volume you need and we will confirm any applicable minimums and whether pricing differs for smaller and commercial quantities.
What affects the price and quotation timing? +
Pricing may depend on grade, availability, quantity, packaging, inspection, freight and destination. Once we have sufficient details, we will review the request and respond based on the information available. A price is final only when confirmed in writing with its validity and terms.
Which payment methods are available? +
Payment method, currency and payment schedule are agreed in the quotation or sales contract according to the destination and order. Do not transfer funds until you have received written confirmation of the order and payment details through an official company channel.
◎
Export, inspection & shipping
Requirements depend on the destination and goods
Can you handle international supply enquiries? +
International requests can be reviewed according to the product, destination, applicable regulations and logistics. Share the destination, quantity and product details first so feasibility and requirements can be assessed.
Can an independent inspection company be arranged? +
Independent inspection may be discussed depending on the buyer’s requirements, destination and service availability. The inspection provider, scope, timing and cost must be agreed in advance. No certificate or inspection result should be assumed unless confirmed for the specific shipment.
Which import documents might be required? +
Depending on the goods and route, documents may include a commercial invoice, packing list, transport document, certificate of origin, inspection report or relevant sanitary or phytosanitary certificates. Importers should verify requirements with the competent authorities in the destination country before confirming an order.
How long does shipping and delivery take? +
Timing depends on product preparation, inspection, documentation, transport mode, customs and destination. A route estimate can be discussed once details are known, but transit and clearance times are not guaranteed and may change due to factors outside our control.
Who pays freight, customs duties and taxes? +
Responsibilities are set out in the agreed sales terms and delivery arrangement. Import duties, taxes and destination inspection charges may apply; confirm what is included and excluded from the quotation before placing an order.
♧
Livestock enquiries
Availability, specifications and veterinary requirements
Which livestock categories can I enquire about? +
You can enquire about camels, cattle, goats and sheep. Availability depends on season, origin, headcount, age and weight specifications, health requirements and the destination country’s import rules.
What details should a livestock enquiry include? +
Specify the species, number of animals, preferred age or weight range, origin preference, destination and intended use. Include any veterinary, quarantine or transport requirements so feasibility can be reviewed.
Are veterinary certificates and permits included? +
Requirements depend on the origin, destination and current animal-health rules. Confirm that all required permits and certificates can be obtained before finalising a transaction; acceptance must be checked with the relevant authorities.
